Los Compas is a creative cuisine proposal by Chef Mario Peralta and Juan Cabrera based on traditional dishes made from corn, combining the use of quality ingredients from the center of the country and Baja California. This is a unique gastronomic offer bringing the very Mexican flavor of the kitchen, which is there, is very close to the diners with its aroma of sauces and corn.

We delight the people of Tijuana with the traditional Mexican cuisine by preparing their versions of the traditional ¨garnachas¨. Los Compas maintains the spirit of making Mexican food for a cosmopolitan palate like Tijuana.
